Halloween Pumpkin Painting with ELL

Our second annual Halloween bash was a success! Candy, costumes and decorating pumpkins was an exciting way to meet new people!

Making Mini Bûche de Noëls

We made some mini Bûche de Noël cakes yesterday with Swiss Cake Rolls, decorating them with frosting, sprinkles, and cake accessories.

Bonjour à tous,

We now have an Ask.fm account, where you can anonymously (or un-anonymously, if you really want to) ask questions about the French language or confusing grammar or vocabulary that you may be struggling with. We will try to check the page daily so that we can address any emergency/last-minute French questions.

Bocce Ball

For today's meeting, we played some games of Bocce Ball, a French and Italian game where the object is to throw your ball so it lands closest to the target.

Crêpe Day!

Thank you to everyone who came to our Crêpe Day on Tuesday!

We played some introductory games while we were waiting for the crêpes to be made. 
After that, we enjoyed the crêpes with fruit, powdered sugar, jam, and Nutella.
